UT Austin, led by Dr. Moira Martinez, is collecting this information in support of Team Uvalde efforts.
This questionnaire has two goals:
Part 1: Information collected in Part 1 will be added to a Uvalde resource guide and be made publicly available.
Part2: Information collected in Part 2 will assist Team Uvalde in understanding community-wide resources. This will not be made publicly available. This is a multi-step process, and we will collect addtional information in the future.
