Contact Caitlin Sulley, csulley@austin.utexas.edu All Team Uvalde members, please fill out the Agency Profile Questionnaire UT Austin, led by Dr. Moira Martinez, is collecting this information in support of Team Uvalde efforts. This questionnaire has two goals: Part 1: Information collected in Part 1 will be added to a Uvalde resource guide and be made publicly available. Part2: Information collected in Part 2 will assist Team Uvalde in understanding community-wide resources. This will not be made publicly available.
